Clooney NZ...better looking than George

Unassumingly sat behind a converted warehouse space sits 'Clooney' NZ.
Opulent, dressed in dark curtaining with moody, intimate lighting, this bar/restaurant builds a space for decadent enjoyment.

The joys of MOOOI contract work...worldwide

please indulge my excitement!!!

Well it time to get rid of the old and in with the new.
Friday sees our NEW, dolphin grey car (above) come to it's new home and rightful new owners.
Must say a bit scared of how many fines I might cop with turbo under the bonnet.

the nought collective...

We recieved an email recently from Katie Parker at The Nought Collective, which specialize in the design and production of hand made silk rugs from Nepal. These stunning hand-knotted carpets, in silk, wool and cashmere blends, use a monochromatic palette and are unique, sophisticated and modern pieces that would not only "work" in any one's apartment, but inspire and enhance.
The designs are based on the reflection of light on wire images and the iridescent silk changes the entire look of the rug depending on your perspective, resulting in their "Phoenicia" design being nominated for an Interior Design "Best of Year" Award in 2007.
The above image is an actual rug being hand-knotted in Nepal. It features the "borealis" design in their graphite color palette and truly illustrates the scope and luminescence of the carpet. It also conveys how personal the creation of these rugs are - usually about four people work on one rug at a time.
