Beautiful Screens! Where they laser cut or water pressure? What is the material?

Thank you for your comments - we worked quite hard on these - alongside our graphic designer, Becky. We wanted to incorporate some Islamic-style geometrics to the design (how did we go Qerat?).
The bar is on the top floor of a Brisbane hotel and we should be photographing in a couple of weeks - I will post the images as soon as I have them.
The screens are made from 8mm aluminium and the design is cut with water pressure.
The hardest part of the design was working out possible weaknesses in the cut aluminium and redesigning accordingly - we weren't keen for someone to be leaning against one and then falling through...
The screens were then powdercoated using a metallic gold effect paint.

You did a great job.
Looking forward to seeing the complete design.
It is always difficult to make a cut Islamic design sturdy since pieces may fall out !!

Really love the screens. As a Feng Shui consultant I often prescribe the use of metal in rooms to enhance the energy of a room. But classy metal objects that blend into the room, but are still striking enough to capture attention are difficult to find.
